What it includes:

• Five x 1-hour sessions with a coach (conducted by phone or in person)

• Establishing career highlights and influences to date

• Exploring motivators, aspirations, values and personal needs

• Analysis of unique strengths, skills and qualities

• Generating ideas for future career possibilities

• Creating a realistic and workable action plan.

• Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® - Administration and feedback of the world’s most widely used personality questionnaire based on over 50 years’ research and development. You will learn the theory behind personality type, the MBTI dimensions and types and how the results can aid career development and job hunting.

• Strong Interest Inventory® - Full 15-page Interpretive Report showing an in-depth assessment of interests and vocational patterns. You will have an opportunity to discuss how the results relate to real-world jobs and career paths.

• A copy of ‘Introduction to Type and Careers’ – This booklet provides advice on how people of each type can increase their job satisfaction, and explore and develop their careers.
