In looking for some clarity and decisions on my career progression, I wanted to be able to talk to someone impartial that did not know me and therefore could not be influenced by my background or how I had worked previously. Working with Zoë provided me with a great listener and sounding board to explain my current feelings over work and to be able to discuss problems or challenges that I faced. Through the coaching sessions she was able to understand my requirements through asking and setting thought provoking questions and tasks, she then gave me the direction and motivation to look at my values and then to establish these in my current working life.

I chose to look for some careers advice because I had been confused for some time about what direction I wanted to take my career in and I was becoming increasingly unhappy with my role at work. After searching on the Internet I came across the Zoetrope website. I found Zoë to be extremely easy to talk to and very intuitive. Through a series of exercises and discussions Zoë gradually helped me learn and understand which areas of my current job I enjoyed doing and why I found some work difficult or unsatisfactory.
